¹ú²úÂ鶹 Counselors for Social Justice
¹ú²úÂ鶹 Counselors for Social Justice (¹ú²úÂ鶹CSJ) is a graduate student organization at ¹ú²úÂ鶹 for both Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling students.
¹ú²úÂ鶹CSJ began with an interest group in the fall of 2019. On March 12, 2021, ¹ú²úÂ鶹CSJ received university chapter status from the national organization, a division of the American Counseling Association.
¹ú²úÂ鶹CSJ’s purpose is to bring together agents of change in the ¹ú²úÂ鶹 community who are ready and willing to take action towards addressing social inequities, combat generational stigma about mental health, promote cultural competence, and make positive societal change through collaborative work amongst social service professionals that is action driven.
